7. assisting for lost-found and handling of letters for student.
8. editing to the student handbook. 
9. permitting to the preferential treatment of tuition and living expenses.
10. appling to scholarship from in-out campus for students.
11. supporting the bonus of tuition to students.
12. aiding the student financial support in case of emergence.
